By accessing or using the website, programs, or services of Neuroakashic University ("we," "our," or "us"), including Neuroakashic Tarot® and all associated certification programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, students, practitioners, and facilitators who access or use our platform.

Neuroakashic University offers online educational certification programs in the field of conscious symbolic exploration, including:

• Neuroakashic Tarot® Practitioner Standard

• Neuroakashic Tarot® Practitioner Premium (Observer Access™)

• Neuroakashic Tarot® Facilitator Standard

• Neuroakashic Tarot® Facilitator Premium (Observer Oracle Elite™)

All programs are delivered digitally via on-demand video training, digital materials, and access to the Neuroakashic ecosystem tools. Program content, structure, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

All programs, content, and materials offered by Neuroakashic University are intended exclusively for educational, wellness, and conscious exploration purposes.

Our programs are NOT:

• Medical treatment or diagnosis

• Psychological or psychiatric therapy

• A substitute for professional mental health care

• A licensed healthcare service

Neuroakashic University does not make any claims regarding the healing, curing, or treatment of any physical, mental, or emotional condition. Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professional support for any health-related concerns.

By enrolling in any program, you agree to pay the applicable fees as listed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

• Prices are subject to change; changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

• Taxes may apply depending on your country of residence.

Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final once access to course materials has been granted. We do not offer refunds after course access is provided.

Neuroakashic University reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, the Observer Oracle System™ methodology, and the Neuroakashic Oracle Portal™ — is the exclusive intellectual property of Neuroakashic University and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without authorization.

• Resell, sublicense, or share course access with third parties.

• Create derivative works based on our proprietary methodologies without express written consent.

Upon successful completion of a certification program, you will receive an international digital certificate and an annual license to practice or facilitate under the Neuroakashic Tarot® brand.

• Licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and must be renewed annually.

• Certification does not grant you the right to represent yourself as an employee or official representative of Neuroakashic University.

• Neuroakashic University reserves the right to revoke certification in cases of misrepresentation, unethical conduct, or violation of these Terms.

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and enrollment.

• Use our programs and materials solely for personal or professional development within the scope of your certification.

• Respect the intellectual property rights of Neuroakashic University and other users.

• Not engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to other users or the platform.

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary systems or methodologies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neuroakashic University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Neuroakashic University reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international educational and digital commerce laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
